✅ Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• 📹 A parcel opening video is required as proof in case of damage or missing items. Without this video, return or refund claims cannot be accepted.

• Used, damaged, or customized items

• Sale or discounted items

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
